Markit chuyển đổi gần như mọi định dạng file sang Markdown: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, HTML, EPUB, Jupyter notebook, RSS, CSV, JSON, YAML, images, audio, URLs, ZIP (recursive), Wikipedia, và code files. Hoạt động như CLI và library.
