GitNexus là công cụ phân tích codebase theo kiểu knowledge graph để AI agent nhìn được dependency, call chain và quan hệ giữa các phần của repo. Bạn có thể dùng theo hai kiểu: web UI để khám phá nhanh một repo trong trình duyệt, hoặc CLI kèm MCP server để nối thẳng vào Codex, Cursor, Claude Code và các editor khác.

Điểm mạnh của GitNexus nằm ở chỗ nó không chỉ search text hay nhúng vector đơn thuần. Tool này index codebase thành graph, rồi mở ra các lệnh query, impact analysis, detect changes, rename và wiki generation.   • Repo phát triển rất nhanh, tài liệu và cách vận hành có thể thay đổi theo từng phiên bản
