auto-memory Your AI coding agent has amnesia. Here's the fix. Zero-dependency session recall for your AI coding tools. auto-memory là CLI nhỏ gọn để giúp AI coding agent nhớ lại session trước đó mà không cần dựng thêm MCP server hay hook phức tạp. Công cụ này đọc dữ liệu từ session store local theo chế độ read-only, rồi trả về danh sách file, session hoặc kết quả search rất gọn để agent tự định hướng lại sau khi mở phiên mới.

Tính năng chính

  • Progressive recall theo nhiều tầng, từ scan nhanh đến xem chi tiết session cụ thể
  • Zero dependency, dùng Python stdlib nên cài đơn giản và dễ mang đi nhiều môi trường
  • Read-only với SQLite/session store, tránh đụng vào dữ liệu gốc của công cụ đang dùng
  • Hỗ trợ thêm file-backed provider như VS Code, JetBrains và Neovim khi cần gom nhiều nguồn history

Ai nên dùng

Phù hợp với người làm việc nhiều với GitHub Copilot CLI hoặc các coding agent có session store local, nhất là khi hay bị mất ngữ cảnh sau compaction hoặc phiên làm việc dài.

Hạn chế

Hiện giá trị thực tế vẫn xoay quanh workflow coding agent và session history, không phải memory platform tổng quát cho mọi loại agent. Một số tích hợp khác ngoài Copilot vẫn đang trong giai đoạn mở rộng.
